HPL – High  Pressure Laminates

High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) is a durable material used in construction, furniture, and interior design. Made by layering kraft paper and decorative paper impregnated with phenolic and melamine resins under high pressure and heat, HPL is known for its scratch, impact, moisture, and heat resistance. Its non-porous surface allows easy maintenance, while its wide variety of colors and textures offers aesthetic flexibility. HPL’s applications include furniture, wall cladding, facades, and specialized uses like lab surfaces and healthcare environments.

CPL – Continuous Pressure Laminates

Continuous Pressure Laminate (CPL) is primarily used in furniture and cabinetry. It is produced through a continuous process where kraft paper and a decorative layer are compressed under heat and moderate pressure. While less durable than HPL, CPL offers an efficient, cost-effective solution for medium-duty applications in interiors and furniture.

LPL – Low Pressure Laminates

Low-Pressure Laminate (LPL) is a budget-friendly material used in furniture and cabinetry. Created by fusing a decorative paper layer onto particleboard or MDF under low pressure, LPL offers an attractive surface in various colors and patterns. Though less durable than HPL, it works well for furniture surfaces and low-traffic panels.

Shuttering Plywood

huttering plywood is essential for construction, used to create molds for casting concrete. Made from durable plywood coated with phenolic resin-impregnated kraft paper, it withstands the pressure of wet concrete and provides smooth finishes. This robust, water-resistant material is reusable and cost-effective, making it indispensable in forming columns, beams, slabs, and walls.
