Impregnation

In the wood-based panel industry, surface finishing depends on precise impregnation. It is a key process that ensure papers are loaded with the correct amount of thermosetting resins such as melamine, urea and phenol for reaction during pressing. This continuous process involves immersing paper in liquid resin, followed by metering rolls to remove excess material and drying ovens to evaporate moisture. Designing an efficient impregnation station requires expertise and precision.

Coating

At H.R. Industries, we deliver advanced coating solutions to enhance both the appearance and technical properties of wood-based panels, including increased hardness and resistance to scratches, stains, and moisture. Using bar or roll techniques, our coatings are integrated with automated systems for maximum efficiency. We also offer an innovative scattering system for added flexibility in surface treatment, ensuring high performance and uniform accuracy in every application.

Drying

At H.R. Industries, we provide advanced drying solutions to ensure uniform drying of impregnated paper. Our drying tunnels, equipped with multiple ovens and controlled air jets, regulate temperature for efficient moisture evaporation without over-curing. The drying tunnel, consisting of several ovens, varies in length based on drying parameters. Air jets guide the paper through, ensuring precise drying while preventing over-curing. Air heating methods vary based on customer needs. The most common is thermic fluid, followed by steam, with direct gas-fired drying technology as an advanced alternative.
