Unwinder

The unwinder is the first stage of the impregnation line and is designed to handle large rolls of paper efficiently. It ensures smooth and continuous unwinding of paper into the process line, maintaining consistent web tension and minimizing downtime. Depending on the production setup, the unwinder can be configured with manual or automatic splicing features for uninterrupted operation.

Impregnation Unit

The impregnation unit is the heart of the production line, where the base paper is impregnated with phenolic, melamine, or other specialty resins. It ensures uniform penetration and impregnation of resins across the paper surface, maintaining quality and consistency.

Drying Zone

The drying zone is responsible for evaporating solvents or water content from the impregnated paper. It ensures controlled drying while preventing blistering, resin migration, or paper deformation.

Gravure Coating Unit

The gravure coating unit provides a precise and consistent application of resins, additives, or decorative layers onto the base paper. The gravure cylinder ensures accurate coating weight control and surface finish.

Air Cooling Unit

Rewinder

The Rewinder is used to neatly roll up the treated and dried paper at the end of the impregnation line. It ensures proper winding with controlled tension, allowing easy handling, storage, or transfer to the next stage of production. A reliable rewinder minimizes waste, prevents wrinkles or telescoping, and guarantees consistent roll quality.

Rotary Cutter

Pallet Changing System
